Sometime last week or so, there was a fun little prompt fluttering among those I follow on Twitter. Basically, you answer one videogame-related question for every like the posted picture got, to a maximum of 30.

It looked like a lot of fun, and since I’m always a sucker for cheap easy writing prompts, I decided to take the idea and write about it here.

…I searched for “writing prompt” and got this. So let’s just move on.

Listmas 2015 – Five More Underloved Classics

The thing about listicles is that they’re kind of addictive.  I can sort of see why BuzzFeed is so enamored with the damn things–they’re fun to compile and can make some generally good writing without too much effort.

Or in the case of BuzzFeed, no effort whatsoever.

As I was going through the 12 Days of Geekmas (which I utterly failed on because the holiday loafing around COMPLETELY ate me), I wrote up eight underloved gaming classics.  Shortly after posting that list, however, my mind was almost immediately flooded with other titles that I’d completely forgotten about.

So here’s five more!

Alright, so I’m going to be lame here, by my own admission.  I’m not writing about the listed topic for Geekmas with this post, which was about Battlestar Galactica, because I have no idea what the show is about.  I didn’t know anything about Steven Universe either, but that somehow was easier to follow up on than something like Battlestar.

Also, I am lame.

So that left me at an impasse…until I remembered Listmas was a thing, and thought up the idea to kill two initiatives with one post.  So, without further ado, here’s my list of eight underloved classic games.
